Have You Ever Glanced At Bright Sky And Pondered That What Would Happen If Sun Goes Off For 24 Hours? or disappears for a whole day?

Well, Let’s Assume Such Dramatic Hollywood Movie Situation in this blog. You Will Probably Think that “Nah, I’m Good, It Won’t Create Any Significant Impact on Me!” But Wait, Here What Would Happen,

In this hypothetical situation, It's not going to be a very long night, that's for sure! Our planet regulates its temperature by the sun, also by the distance from it (and by other factors), winds move to one side to the other and from the poles. if suddenly the sun is gone, we will have the temperature equal the temperature of the space something like 5° above absolute zero which is -268°C, Sounds Chilly Right? Some Scientists Debate Over That if 24 hours will be enough to freeze the oceans?, the atmosphere will freeze too?, and will more than 50% of the life would be able to survive or not?, as some inhabitants would not be able to regulate their internal body temperature

Our planet have a core that accounts massive amounts of metals in molten form which ranges between 4,440°C and  6,000°C , which will continue to generate internal heat. As Sun Is Having A Great Gravitational Pull Over Earth, In Absence of Sun, We would lose our orbit in which we revolve around the sun and drift apart a long way. Maybe beyond our solar system.

Hold On A Second, There’s more…..

           Panic Will Follow.

           Rumors will likely to be rule.

           Plants won’t be able to prepare food, as they require sunlight for photosynthesis.

           Decrease in plant’s efficiency of producing oxygen which would change global oxygen level.

           Temperature will decrease very sharply.

           Electricity Consumption will increase very drastically as there wouldn’t be any natural light.

 

So For What Should You Be prepared? According to majority of scientists, you should sit back and relax! , cause this situation is not gonna hit us soon to be honest not at least in next 5 Billion years. There won’t be a single morning in next 5 billion years where you wake up and won’t see sun up in sky….....But Wait, this is 2020!!! (pun intensifies)

Nah, Just kidding, so don’t charge up your power banks and phones to be prepared for it. Don’t go and propose your crush thinking that world might end soon. This is absolutely friction, our lovely celestial sun is here for next 5 billion years to provide us light..and Of course Some beautiful snap for snapchat streaks and for sun basking pictures for Instagram too. So stay happy, stay curious.
